Abstract:
The construction of ecological civilization is the 'millennium plan' for the sustainable development of China. In the context of the new era, the territorial space is an important carrier for the construction of ecological civilization. Land allocation with different functions will produce differentiated space benefits. Exploring the best organization planning of territorial space to optimize regional functional zoning is the core of achieving sustainable development. Based on the analysis of the 'double evaluation' model, this paper introduces methods such as multielement comprehensive evaluation and cluster analysis to construct a regional function optimization zoning system with agriculture and ecological space as the strong constraint element, development space as the leading element, and carrying capacity as the restrictive element. And it also explores the transmission mechanism of the county-level territorial spatial master planning.
